At Kpop Clothes, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, here is our returns and refunds policy:

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days after receipt of your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Promotional or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at support@kpop-clothes.com to initiate the return and obtain the return address.
2. Pack the item to be returned carefully and include a copy of your order confirmation.
3. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For an exchange, please place a new order and return the original item according to our procedure.
