Pick your group, choose an item and your size, then add it to your cart. At checkout, enter your delivery address, choose your shipping option and pay by card. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

You pay by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) through Stripe, a secure payment platform. Your card details never go through our website and are not stored by Kpop Clothes.

Each piece goes into production shortly after your order, so write to us as soon as possible at boutiquekpopclothes@gmail.com with your order number. As long as printing has not started, we can change or cancel it.

Count 5 to 8 business days between your order and delivery. That covers printing your piece and shipping it from our European print partners. You get an email when your parcel ships.

Standard shipping is free on every order. At checkout you can also choose insured delivery for $10.99: your parcel is covered against loss, breakage and theft.

We ship to 41 countries: every country of the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and Malaysia.

When your parcel leaves the print partner, you receive an email with its tracking link. If you have an account, you can also follow your orders from your account page.

Not within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States…), import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival depending on local rules; they are not included in our prices.

Different items can be printed by different partners: a hoodie and a cap may be made in two workshops. In that case your order arrives in several parcels, at no extra cost.

Take a t-shirt or hoodie you love, lay it flat and measure it across the chest and from the shoulder to the bottom. Then compare with the measurements in our size guide: each product has its own chart.

Yes, our t-shirts and hoodies have a unisex fit: straight and slightly relaxed. For a closer fit, take one size down; for an oversized look, take one size up.

T-shirts come in S to 3XL and hoodies in XS to 3XL. Caps are one size with an adjustable strap, and bucket hat sizes are shown on each product page.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Tell us at boutiquekpopclothes@gmail.com with your order number, then send the item back unworn, unwashed and in its original condition within 14 days. Return costs are paid by you; we refund the item and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it.

Send us a photo of the item and your order number at boutiquekpopclothes@gmail.com. We reprint it and send it to you for free, or refund you if you prefer.

Since every piece is printed for you, an exchange works as a return plus a new order: send the item back within 14 days using your right of withdrawal, and order the right size. Our size guide helps you get it right the first time.

Every piece is printed on demand by our print partners in Europe, once you order it. Nothing is made in advance: no unsold stock, less waste. Our hoodies are garment-dyed, with a hood and a kangaroo pocket.

Wash it inside out at 30 °C, with similar colours. Avoid the tumble dryer and do not iron directly on the print. Your design will stay bright much longer.

No. Kpop Clothes is a fan shop: our designs are inspired by the groups we love, but we are not affiliated with the artists, their agencies or their labels. For official merch, check your group's official store.
